DURHAM — High school journalism students received mentoring from professionals in the local media and were also treated to a lesson in New Hampshire politics during an all day workshop in modern journalism held at Oyster River High School Tuesday.
First Congressional District candidates Eddie Edwards and Chris Pappas were this year’s special guests as 80 journalism students from Pinkerton Academy, Dover High School and Oyster River High School attended this year’s workshop, taking questions as the main topics for student-created news articles and multimedia projects.
