Dues – Dues were suspended for 2021 for existing members because of the strong balance in our bank account. A decision will need to be made regarding 2022.

New Business

Recap/Review of new bylaws – Howard/Brendan

Introduction of amendments of bylaws and votes

Proposed:

Now: Article 9: Amendments. These articles may be amended at the annual meeting or at a special meeting by a two-thirds vote of the regular members.

Change: Article 9: Amendments. These articles may be amended at the annual meeting or at a special meeting by a two-thirds vote of the regular members present.

Proposed:

Now: Section 7 – Executive Committee – There will be an Executive Committee composed of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, the immediate past president, two at-large regular members and as many as three non-voting, non-regular ex-officio members.

Change: Section 7 – Executive Committee – There will be an Executive Committee composed of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, the immediate past president, two at-large regular members and as many as five non-voting, non-regular ex-officio members.
