Boston Globe Media announced on Wednesday it is acquiring Boston Magazine, adding to a portfolio that includes The Boston Globe, Boston.com, and STAT.
Globe Media said it has extended job offers to the entire staff of the magazine— known for its “Best of Boston” awards, culture and lifestyle coverage, and long-form features — and that existing subscriptions and advertisements will continue without interruption.
